Our Story

TN Elite Engineering was built on a shared passion for mechanical design, manufacturing, and solving real-world engineering challenges.

Founders Brandon Griswold and Taylor Sewell began working together at Lincoln Electric Automation (Formerly Tennessee Rand), where they gained hands-on experience designing and developing automated welding equipment, robotic weld tooling, fixtures, and custom machinery for manufacturing applications. Working closely with fabrication, assembly, controls, and production teams gave us an understanding that good engineering doesn't stop at a CAD model—it has to work on the shop floor.

We started TN Elite Engineering to bring that same practical, manufacturing-focused approach directly to our customers. Today, we provide mechanical engineering, 3D CAD design, custom weld tooling, fixture design and build, engineering changes, and manufacturing support to companies that need experienced engineering resources without adding full-time staff.

As a small, owner-operated engineering company, we take pride in being responsive, flexible, and easy to work with.
