TN Elite Engineering was founded by Brandon Griswold and Taylor Sewell after years of experience in manufacturing, automation, and tooling. Having worked together at Lincoln Electric Automation (Formerly Tennessee Rand), they recognized a need for responsive engineering support and custom weld tooling solutions tailored to real-world production challenges.
